No, I don’t know why the packing is in Russian. I can get as far as demontazha which is from the F rench for “disassembly”. Which is after all what they’re for.

Those thingies are also useful to remove rubber or plasic-ish hoses from their clamping location in inhospitable  places in the engine bay
